Design System Teams and Governance

This time: less presentation and more workshop!

On September 4th, 2026, we hosted another Casual Breakfast (on design systems, AI and not only) — coffee, ideas, and a proper chat.

Our topic was "Design System Teams and Governance". Who designs and builds a design system? Who runs it day after day? Who works on adoption? The answers can look totally different depending on company size and structure, short- and mid-term goals, or the resources you have. We walked through different options together, and everyone was welcome to jump in with their own experience and questions.
