Design System Teams and Governance

This time: less presentation and more workshop!

Join us for another Casual Breakfast (on design systems, AI and not only): coffee, ideas, and a proper chat.

Our topic is "Design System Teams and Governance". Who designs and builds a design system? Who runs it day after day? Who works on adoption? The answers can look totally different depending on company size and structure, short- and mid-term goals, or the resources you have. We'll walk through different options together, everyone is welcome to jump in with their own experience and questions.
