Most Skeleton solutions fall into two camps: either they're wildly over-engineered (hello, measuring DOM elements at runtime or during build time with Playwright), or they're so bare-bones that you end up manually adjusting placeholder sizes forever. Neither is fun.

Slava's approach sits right in the middle. It's simple to implement, does about 80% of the work automatically, and only needs occasional tweaks. No constant maintenance, no complex tooling — just a smart solution that actually works in practice.
